Order Processing Time

 

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

International shipping may be introduced in the future.

 

 


Delivery Times

 

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • UK Tracked Delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping. Any such offers will be clearly stated at checkout.


Tracking Information

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

AegisGear cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. However, we will always do our best to assist where possible.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

However, we will always assist customers in resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
