Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return

 

To start a return, please contact us at aegisgearpro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Returns must not be sent without prior approval
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs to assist with assessment.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during transit

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

As above, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
